Each box is handmade by me in my workshop in Northern Ireland using locally sourced timber. The elm for this piece was milled on my own sawmill, air-dried for several years and then kiln-dried before being crafted into the finished box. This slower, more traditional process helps create a piece with natural figure, warmth and individual character.
The interior base is lined in dark charcoal faux suede, providing a soft and elegant place for jewellery, small treasures and meaningful keepsakes. The underside of the box is also finished in faux suede to help protect polished furniture and delicate surfaces.
